A Runner's Respite: Five-Star Massage for Aches and Pains
I am a 57 year old female who runs and lifts almost every day, so I’m always sore. Dylan did an excellent job on massaging away the aches and pains in my legs and upper back.
The 5-star rating is due to his work on my lower back. I have degenerated disk disease on L4/L5, which I have just leaned to live with the pain. Dylan preformed pressure point massage on my lower back that did miracles. I not only felt great leaving the studio, I slept like a baby for the first time in a long time.
The At Ease Massage is very maintained and clean. At Ease massage is located in a home, but the studio is completely separate. It has irs own front door so you don’t even need to go into the house.
Dylan was very professional during the entire massage, using sheets to carefully cover and drape me. He was always asking about my comfort - from the temperature of the room to the pressure of the massage.
