Hello, I am Dylan, a certified and fully insured massage therapist, proudly licensed in the state of Virginia. Because my practice is entirely client-centered, no two massages I give are ever the same. I carefully listen to your body and your goals to create a customized treatment plan for every visit. Whether you need the intensive, targeted relief of a deep tissue massage or sports massage, a medical-focused treatment utilizing trigger point therapy, or a soothing Swedish or relaxing massage, I adapt my techniques to serve you best. To ensure we never have to rush your care, I exclusively offer comprehensive 75-minute or two-hour sessions. This allows me ample time to intuitively blend different modalities and incorporate assisted stretching based on your individual needs that day.
