APPOINTMENT POLICIES 1.  Timeliness is very important.  The scheduled appointment time is the time that you should be ready on the massage table.  If you are scheduled for 9:30 a.m., you should arrive by 9:20 a.m. in order to be on the massage table at 9:30.  If you are late, you will only receive the time remaining on your scheduled appointment and will be charged for the full scheduled appointment time. 2.  Your scheduled appointment time is held for you only.  No one else can be scheduled for this time.  Therefore, you must give 6 hours notice for cancellation so that other clients may schedule.  If you do not give 6 hours notice or do not show for your appointment, you will be expected to pay for the scheduled appointment time held for you.                                             3.  First time clients must reserve appointment with a credit card.
